Arts Partnership of Spartanburg

The Arts Partnership of Spartanburg helps provide programs and speakers to our schools through a grant program. They provide one third of the cost for an artist for a week-long residency program. Woodruff Primary used this grant to fund a week of storytelling with Storyteller Tim Lowry. Tim has been coming to WPS for many years. He is a favorite with the children.The students always have the opportunity to listen and participate in stories during their visits to the library. Parents are invited to an evening performance. Everyone enjoys Tim's storytelling. Thanks to the Arts Partnership of Spartanburg for helping provide this program.
